Circle Collaborates on Stablecoin Standard, Seeks BIS Partnership

Circle, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, is working with industry partners to develop the ERC-6900 standard for stablecoins on Ethereum. The company is also seeking a partnership with the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) for Project Agorá, which aims to foster collaboration between central banks and the private sector in the digital currency space.
